Dear Me™ — The Self-Reclamation Intensive

Who are you beyond everything you’ve been taught to believe about yourself?

This four-hour guided experience examines the identities, expectations, emotional experiences, and beliefs that influence how you see yourself and exercise personal authority.

Through spiritual teachings, etymological exploration, sacred letter writing, guided meditation, meaningful self-inquiry, and practical exercises, you will examine what has shaped your identity and what you consciously choose to acknowledge, release, and reclaim.

This intensive is for individuals ready to question deeply, confront difficult truths, establish stronger personal boundaries, and honor their own voice.
