1. What is Veil of Vines™?
Veil of Vines™ offers spiritual education, ancestral exploration, Reiki healing, sound bowl experiences, guided meditation, and self-reclamation programs designed to encourage personal awareness, spiritual growth, and conscious living.
2. Do I need spiritual experience to participate?
No. Our programs welcome beginners and individuals with established spiritual practices. Each experience provides guidance appropriate to its subject and level.
3. Are your classes online or in person?
Our live educational courses and workshops are offered through Zoom. The delivery format for individual wellness services is specified when booking.
4. What is your refund and exchange policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds, exchanges, or credits for purchased services, courses, memberships, or digital products. No exceptions to this policy, except where required by applicable law.
5. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available for select courses and programs. Available payment options are displayed during enrollment.
6. What happens if I miss a live class?
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed classes do not qualify for refunds or automatic rescheduling. Recordings and replays are not provided.
7. Can I record a class?
No. Participants are prohibited from recording, livestreaming, or redistributing sessions. Instructor-only recordings may occur with advance notice and appropriate consent.
8. What is included in the Veil Access Collective™ membership?
For $499, members receive six months of access to paid Veil of Vines™ courses offered during their active membership, including eligible live and self-paced experiences. Live classes require registration and are subject to available capacity.
9. What is Sacred Letters™ Sundays?
Sacred Letters™ Sundays is a free, one-hour live Zoom gathering held every Sunday from 4:00–5:00 PM Central Time. Participants receive guidance for writing one intentional letter to themselves. Registration is required.
10. Do you offer private healing sessions?
Veil of Vines™ offers Reiki and other spiritual wellness experiences. Available appointment formats, durations, and prices are provided on the applicable service booking pages.
11. What is Harmonizing Wholeness™?
Harmonizing Wholeness™ is a three-month sound bowl healing program featuring weekly guided sessions for $999. Sessions focus on relaxation, meditative listening, and intentional wellness practices.
12. How do I receive digital eBooks and self-paced courses?
After successful payment, eligible digital purchases are delivered through the download or access instructions provided at checkout or in your confirmation email.
13. Are your spiritual healing services a replacement for medical treatment?
No. Veil of Vines™ provides spiritual education and complementary wellness practices. Our services do not replace medical treatment, mental health counseling, diagnosis, or other licensed healthcare services.
