Dear Me™ — The 7-Week Self-Reclamation Journey

Who are you when you examine everything that has shaped your identity?

Dear Me™ is an immersive seven-week spiritual education and self-reclamation experience designed to challenge inherited beliefs, examine emotional conditioning, and strengthen personal sovereignty.

Through etymological exploration, spiritual teachings, sacred letter writing, guided meditations, sound baths, personal declarations, and practical exercises, participants engage in meaningful self-examination and intentional change.

Throughout seven weeks, we will explore:

Identity: Examining who you are beyond imposed labels and expectations.
