How to Download and Open Your Veil of Vines EPUB eBook
Thank you for purchasing a Veil of Vines digital book by Coco. Our EPUB editions are electronic books for compatible reading apps, not PDF files. A purchased book is delivered through the private download link associated with your order.
On iPhone or iPad
1. Find the digital-book download email for your order. Use the download link provided for that purchase.
2. If tapping the link in an email app or inside another app does nothing, copy that same link and open it in Safari. Do not buy the book again.
3. After Safari downloads the EPUB, open the Files app → Browse → Downloads. Depending on your Safari settings, you may also find the file through Safari’s Downloads control.
4. Tap the EPUB. If Apple Books does not open automatically, use Share → Books (or Open in Books). The book should appear in your library.
On Android or a computer
On Android, download the EPUB through your browser, find it in Files or Downloads, and open it with a compatible EPUB reader. On Mac, open the file with Apple Books. On Windows, use an EPUB-reading application.
If your download link is missing or will not open
Confirm that the purchase completed and check your inbox, spam, promotions, or junk folders for the digital delivery email. Some downloads are time-limited, so an expired link may require a fresh private link.
Contact Veil of Vines through the website with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of what happens when you tap the link. We can investigate the order and provide a purchase-specific solution. Never share your password or full payment card details.
Please do not purchase the same book a second time to solve a download problem. A digital purchase and a successful file download are separate steps, and we want to help you receive what you ordered.
